Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) untuk Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru

Pelatihan pemanfaatan Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, workshop, praktik langsung, serta pendampingan implementasi di sekolah. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman guru terhadap konsep TPACK, yang dibuktikan melalui perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test. Rata-rata nilai meningkat dari 56,4 menjadi 81,3, menandakan adanya peningkatan hampir 25 poin setelah pelatihan. Guru juga mampu mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis TPACK, memilih media digital yang relevan, serta menerapkannya dalam pembelajaran sehingga tercipta proses belajar yang lebih interaktif dan inovatif. Implementasi di kelas memperlihatkan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa serta meningkatnya kepercayaan diri guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan TPACK efektif dalam memperkuat kompetensi pedagogik dan mendorong terciptanya pembelajaran abad ke-21 yang kreatif, adaptif, dan berbasis teknologi
